NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAN ANTONIO TX
1013 PM CDT SUN MAY 25 1986

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

TEXAS...SOUTHERN WEBB

AT 1010 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED IN SOUTHERN
WEBB COUNTY ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF LAREDO. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE SOUTHWEST AT AROUND 15 MILES AN HOUR. THIS
MOVEMENT WILL TAKE THE STRONGEST PART OF THE STORM JUST SOUTH
OF LAREDO. HOWEVER PERSONS IN LAREDO SHOULD BE ALERT FOR STRONG
GUSTY WINDS..HEAVY RAINFALL..FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLE
HAIL.

VERY HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL WAS REPORTED AT MIRANDO CITY
AT 10 PM. HEAVY RAIN CAN CAUSE FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING
AREAS.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES..YOU SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE
IMMEDIATELY.  YOU SHOULD ASK THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCIEMENT AGENCY
