000 TTAA00 KVCT 122338 SVRVCT TXC123-175-130045- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE VICTORIA TX 535 PM CST SAT APR 12 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CST FOR PERSONS IN DE WITT AND GOLIAD COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS. AT 530 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN DE WITT COUNTY AND MOVING INTO NORTHERN GOLIAD COUNTY. MOVEMENT IS SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. LARGE HAIL..DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM WINDS..FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.. AND HEAVY RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THIS THUNDERSTORM IN THE NEXT HOUR.

AT 505 PM CST RADAR SHOWED POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TO THE EAST OF THE SAN ANTONIO AREA MOVING TOWARD THE EAST. NO ACTIVITY WAS INDICATED IN BASTROP..BURLESON..CALDWELL OR FAYETTE COUNTIES OR MOVING IN THAT DIRECTION. HOWEVER PERSONS INx THE WATCH AREA SHOULD STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR TO LOCAL RADIO OR TV STATIONS FOR LATER STATEMENTS.
