THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTHWEST MISSOURI...EASTERN CLAY AND RAY

T 750 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE CLAY COUNTY
CIVIL DEFENSE 5 MILES EAST OF MISSOURI CITY.

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE..SUCH
AS A BASEMENT OR AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF A BUILDING.
STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REIENFORCED BUILDING.

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
