THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...JACKSON

AT 735 MPM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE KANSAS CITY
FIRE DEPARTMENT 3 TO 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF ROYALS STADIUM.

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE..SUCH
AS A BASEMENT OR AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF A BUILDING.
STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REIN+FORCED BUILDING.
