THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MISSOURI...SOUTHERN BOONE AND CALLAWAY

AT 147 PM CDT A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCED 55 MPH WIND GUSTS AT THE
COLUMBIA REGIONAL AIRPORT THAT DAMAGED AT LEAST ONE AIRCRAFT.
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.

HEAVY RAINS WILL QUICKLY FLOOD SMALL STREAMS 5AND LOW LYING AREAS.
