000 TTAA00 KDTW 172010 TORDTW MIC161-172035- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DETROIT MI 410 PM EDT SAT MAY 17 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 435 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF SOUTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN...NORTHEAST WASHTENAW FUNNLE CLOUD SPOTTED AND CONFIERMED BY RADAR 5 MILES SOUTH OF ANN ARBOR. THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR AND_ WILL BE IN NORTHEAST WAYEN COUNTY BY 500 PM. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE.
