000 TTAA00 KFNT 291952 TORFNT MIC087-292100- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FLINT MI 352 PM EDT SUN JUN 29 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF EAST CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...EXTREME SOUTHEAST LAPEER AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT OF A TORNADO WAS RECEIVED BY THE GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT AT 350 PM EDT. THE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED NEAR THE CITY OF CLIO..IN GENESEE COUNTY..AND IS HEADING IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO..GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
