AT 140 AM CDT A VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWEST HAMILTON COUNTY WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST INTO THE OUTSKIRTS OF SYRACUSE. THIS STORM WAS 50 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF GARDEN CITY. IT IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAINS..GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
