000 TTAA00 KCYS 052355 SVRCYS WYC015-060030- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CHEYENNE WY 555 PM MDT FRI SEP 5 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING..CENTRAL GOSHEN THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWN OF TORRINGTON. AT 555 PM MDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS JUST EAST OF LINGLE WYOMING OR SOME EIGHT MILES NORTHWEST OF TORRINGTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH WERE NOTED IN LINGLE AS THE STORM PASSED THROUGH THERE BETWEEN 530 AND 545 PM. THE STORM WAS OVER EASTERN WYOMING AND WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO THE WESTERN NEBRASKA AROUND 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING.
