EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

TEXAS...SAN PATRICIO

AT 930 AM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC AND POLICE
OF PORTLAND SINTON INGLESIDE AND GREGORY.
THE FUNNEL CLOUD HAD NOT REACHED THE GROUND AT THIS TIME AND WAS
MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST.
