THIS SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS.

MARBLE AND PEA SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED IN PARMA AND IN PEPPER PIKE SHORTLY AFTER 5PM EDT. HEAVY DOWNPOURS WERE REPORTED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS AND LOCAL URBAN FLOODING OF ROADS AND LOW PLACES ARE LIKELY. SMALL STREAM FLOODING MAY OCCUR AS THESE HEAVY THUDERSTORMS MOVE EAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN OHIO AREA DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE POSSIBLE FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND NOT ENTER FLOODED AREAS. THERE HAS BEEN REPORTS OF SMALL HAIL AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS IN OHIO. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA..IN ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES SHORTLY AFTER 6PM. WITH THE HEAVY RAINFALLS SOME URBAN AND.
