THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

EXTREME WEST PENNSYLVANIA...LAWRENCE

AT 315 PM RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER
NORTHEAST COLUMBIANA COUNTY NEAR EAST PALESTINE OHIO MOVING
NORTHEAST AND TOWARD LAWRENCE COUNTY AT 30 MPH.

THIS STORM HAS ALREADY PRODUCED PEA SIZE HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN
OVER COLUMBIANA COUNTY.  MOREOVER, THE STORM HAS CONTINUED TO
STRENGTHEN.

THESE THUNDERSTORkMS MAY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL.. HEAVY RAIN.. DAMAGING
WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
