000 TTAA00 KBUF 071738 SVRBUF NYC063-073-071830- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BUFFALO NY 138 PM EDT MON JUL 7 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF NEW YORK...NIAGARA AND ORLEANS ...THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS FOR THE COUNTIES JUST MENTIONED AT 130PM EDT BUFFALO RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN LAKE ONTARIO. THE THUNDERTORMS WERE MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. BE ON THE ALERT FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
