CHITTENDEN COUNTY.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL VERMONT EXCEPT
ORLEANS..ESSEX AND CALEDONIA COUNTIES UNTIL 8PM.

HEAVY RAIN OVER ESSEX COUNTY AT ISLAND POND HAS STREAMS AND CULVERTS
DANGEROUSLY HIGH.
WATER PROBLEMS THAT WERE REPORTED THIS MORNING AT ISLAND POND HAVE BECOME
MORE SERIOUS TODAY. HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE FALLEN DURING
THE AFTERNOON IN THAT AREA AND MANY OF THE WATERWAYS ARE IN DANGER OF
OVERFLOWING.
