THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

PANHANDLE OF TEXAS...HEMPHILL

AT 530PM THE HEMPHILL COUNTY AIRPORT REPORTED HAIL 1 1/2
INCH IN DIAMETER. THIS IS AND INTENSE STORM AND PERSONS
IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD EXPECT LARGE HAIL DAMAGING WIND
AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

 A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED
 AREA SO REMEMBER THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY
 DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
 WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT.
