EFFECTIVE UNTIL 130 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHWEST DEUEL

SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN THE WARNING AREA ARE

AT 100 PM CDT  A TORNADO WAS REPORTED JUST SOUTH OF ESTELLINE
 IN SOUTHEAST HAMLIN COUNTY MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT
SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS AND MOBILE HOwMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR
