000 TTAA00 KABR 252105 TORABR SDC129-252130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ABERDEEN SD 405 PM CDT FRI JUL 25 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHERN WALWORTH THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE ADJACENT WATERS OF THE MISSOURI RIVER. SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN THE WARNED AREA IS AKASKA AND LOWRY. AT 400 PM CDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED OVER THE AKASKA AREA OF SOUTHERN WALWORTH COUNTY. IN ADDITION THIS ROTATION IS BEING OBSERVED ON RADAR. THE ROTATION IS MOVING EAST. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING. STUDNICKA
