THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHEAST DEUEL

SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN THE WARNING AREA ARE BRANDT AND
ASTORIA.

AT 457 PM CDT  TWO FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE REPORTED BY CIVIL DEFENSE
 SPOTTERS IN THE TORONTO AREA.  THESE FUNNELS WERE MOVING
 EASTNORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT
SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERI8OR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR
A REINFORCED BUILDING.
