- Peterson reported a possible fire on Anahuac NWR around 1715. LeJeune tied in with Peterson at 1800 and found that the fire was on the refuge in Deep Marsh Unit. Size up of the fire was 40 acres in size with flanking fire 4-6 ft. flame length and fire
