1938, November 22, 10:14 [local time]. There was an aftershock of the earthquake of November 5. The epicenter was located somewhat southeast of the epicenter of the main shock. A weak tsunami was registered on the coast of Fukushima and Chiba Prefectures. The predominating period of oscillations on all tide gauge records is 5-10 minutes. (reference #414)
