There was a rough sea on the coast of Suruga Bay, Shizouka Prefecture. No details are available. There were also no reports about an earthquake. That the waves were of storm origin is unlikely, despite the fact that there are many floods in this season. The source of information is also unknown. It is possible that it has been confused with another event. (reference #414)
