February 7, 1545, event validity 2. According to some vague data, there was an earthquake and tsunami on the Izu Peninsula. (reference #414)
February 7 (17), 1545. Imamura (reference #2559), who used later date for this reported event, considered this report referred actually to the 1605 Jan 31 tsunami. However, according to Musya (reference #3462), the event actually took place on the earlier date when a quake was reported at Izu. (reference #79)
