This F0 tornado ran 1.0 miles across Covington County on May 31, 2005, touching down at 7:05 PM CDT and reaching 20 yards wide. It killed nobody, and did $10,000 of property damage.

A weak tornado was filmed by a law enforcement official near US Highway 84, west of Opp. The tornado remained over an open field and the only damage found were a few trees blown down.
