- Tornadoes and Tropical Storm in South Carolina, September 11 to 12, 2017Irma first developed into a tropical storm on August 30th about 420 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands, and within 24 hours strengthened into a hurricane. Irma continued to intensify and became a major hurricane over the eastern Atlantic on September 1st.
- Tornadoes and Tropical Storm in South Carolina, July 7 to 8, 2021Elsa initially developed as a Tropical Depression over the central tropical Atlantic late in the evening of June 30th, 2021.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in South Carolina, September 29 to 30, 2022Tropical Depression Nine developed in the eastern Caribbean in the morning of Friday, September 23rd. The system steadily strengthened as it tracked to the northeast and became Hurricane Ian in the morning of Monday, September 26th.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flood in South Carolina, September 4 to 5, 2019Dorian started as a Tropical Depression in the south-central Atlantic Ocean on August 24th. Dorian quickly became a Tropical Storm and moved with a west-northwestward motion as it moved through the Lesser Antilles.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in South Carolina, May 27 to 30, 2012Beryl developed as a Subtropical Storm over the Atlantic Ocean well east of the South Coastal South Carolina area. The cyclone eventually became a Tropical Storm and slowly moved to the southwest and finally made landfall along the northeast Florida coast.
- Storm Surge and Tropical Depression in South Carolina, November 10 to 11, 2022Nicole first developed as a Subtropical Storm about 550 miles east of the northwest Bahamas in the morning of Monday, November 7th.
- Tropical Depression in South Carolina, June 19 to 20, 2021Claudette began as an unorganized area of low pressure in the SW Gulf of Mexico. It then tracked north towards the Gulf Coast and eventually strengthened into a Tropical Storm on Saturday morning, June 19th near the Louisiana coast.
- Tropical Depression in South Carolina, September 14 to 15, 2018Florence started as Tropical Depression Six over the far eastern Atlantic on August 31st, about 70 miles south-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Florence quickly strengthened into a Tropical Storm and continued on a west-northwestward track for the next several days.
- Tropical Depression in South Carolina, May 8 to 9, 2015Ana first formed as a subtropical storm late on 5/7/15. Ana gradually developed over the course of the next 24 hours and eventually was classified as a tropical storm.
- Tropical Depression in South Carolina, May 30, 2020Tropical Storm Bertha rapidly developed near the southeast South Carolina coast and was officially classified as a Tropical Storm by the National Hurricane Center at 8:30 am EDT.
- Tropical Depression in South Carolina, September 9, 2021Mindy first developed as a Tropical Storm in the northeast Gulf of Mexico about 90 miles west-southwest of Apalachicola, FL at 5 pm EDT September 8th, 2021. Mindy made landfall as a Tropical Storm a few hours later at St. Vincent Island, FL.
