- Tropical Storm in Puerto Rico, September 14 to 17, 2004Tropical Storm Jeanne and its associated weather affected Puerto Rico, Vieques and Culebra from Sep. 14-17.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in Puerto Rico, July 29 to 30, 2020Tropical Storm Isaias affected the area on July 29th and July 30th. Even though the center passed about 100 miles south of the southern coast of Puerto Rico, given that the tropical cyclone was large in size, the associated impacts extended well north and northeast.

- Tropical Storm in Puerto Rico, August 22 to 23, 2001Tropical storm Dean formed from a tropical wave in the vicinity of the Virgin Islands on Wednesday August 22. The storm moved northwest to north of Puerto Rico during the day and Thursday morning while weakening. Its major effects over Puerto Rico was flooding.

- Tropical Storm in Puerto Rico, July 9 to 10, 2013A strong tropical wave located few hundred miles east of the lesser Antilles became better organized on July 8, 2013 and was declared a Tropical Depression. Later, The National Hurricane Center named it as Tropical Storm Chantal.
- Tropical Storm and High Surf in Puerto Rico, August 17 to 18, 2007Dean became tropical depression four on the morning of August 13th when it was about 2000 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.

- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in Puerto Rico, August 28 to 29, 2019Tropical Cyclone Dorian affected the area on August 28th-29th. Dorian was upgraded from a tropical storm to a minimal category 1 hurricane during the afternoon of the 28th as the center of the storm moved across the USVI.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flooding in Puerto Rico, August 22 to 23, 2020Tropical Storm Laura affected the area on August 22nd. Sustained winds between 30-40 mph with higher gusts were common, however, some areas in southeast PR reported gust to near hurricane force.

- Tropical Storm in Puerto Rico, August 15 to 16, 2021Tropical Storm Grace affected the area on August 15th into the early morning hours of August 16th. The system brought with it bands of moderate to locally heavy rainfall activity as well as some gusty winds, with some areas reporting tropical storm force gusts.
