- Dust Storm and High Wind in North Dakota, May 14, 2026A strong low pressure system passing through southern Canada brought high winds across parts of eastern ND and northwest MN. Due to ambient dry conditions blowing dust developed, and localized brown out conditions developed within the southern Red River Valley.
