- Rip Current in Massachusetts, July 12, 2011Rough seas developed on the southern coastal waters resulting in a forecast of a moderate risk of rip currents. One man was caught in a rip current at Anthony's Beach in Dartmouth, Massachusetts and drowned.
- Rip Current in Massachusetts, August 15, 2006Rough surf and rip currents were observed along South Beach on Martha's Vineyard. No injuries were reported.
