- Flooding and Coastal Flood in Massachusetts, March 8 to 9, 2008A powerful low pressure system tracked through eastern New York spreading heavy rain and strong winds across Southern New England. Heavy rain coinciding with spring snowmelt contributed to river flooding, especially along the Connecticut River.

- High Wind and Strong Wind in Massachusetts, February 2 to 3, 1999A strong low pressure system moved from the Carolinas to southern New England, bringing strong southeast winds and over two inches of rain to eastern Massachusetts. The highest gust reported was 66 mph, by a spotter in Taunton.
- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Massachusetts, April 21 to 27, 2000Low pressure moving across southeast New England brought heavy rain to much of central and eastern Massachusetts. Many areas received 3 to 5 inches of rain, resulting in widespread urban flooding and minor flooding of rivers and streams.
- Strong Wind and Heavy Rain in Massachusetts, August 21, 1997A "southeaster" brought strong east to southeast winds to coastal eastern Massachusetts with wind gusts to 40 to 55 mph. Tree limbs and a few trees were reported blown down, especially over Cape Cod and the Islands and across south coastal towns in Plymouth and Bristol County.
- Flooding and Heavy Snow in Massachusetts, January 23 to 24, 1998Snow accumulated to over 6 inches in parts of central and western Massachusetts before changing to sleet, freezing rain, and finally rain.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Massachusetts, July 25, 1999Severe thunderstorms brought damaging winds and large hail to central and eastern Massachusetts for the second day in a row. The hardest hit areas were once again in the suburbs of Boston, especially to the south, where there were many reports of downed trees and power lines.
- Coastal Flood and Strong Wind in Massachusetts, May 22, 2025A late season nor'easter brough gusty winds with sporadic damage to southern New England along with rainfall amounts of widespread 2-3 inches and a swath of 5-7 inches over southeast MA.
- Lightning Strike and Heavy Rain in Massachusetts, June 18, 1998One person was struck and slightly injured by lightning in Westboro, in Worcester County, during an afternoon thunderstorm. A late afternoon thunderstorm produced a torrential downpour in several towns in eastern Norfolk County.
- Strong Wind and Heavy Rain in Massachusetts, January 15, 1999Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches combined with rapid snowmelt to result in considerable urban street flooding and ponding of water in low lying areas. There were also many reports of basement flooding. The problem was aggravated by storm drains which became clogged by snow and ice.
- Flash Flood and Flooding in Massachusetts, September 5 to 6, 2022A cold front stalled over southern New England causing very heavy rain and significant flash flooding before the front moved off the south coast during the evening. Rainfall amounts ranged from 7 to 11 inches in eastern Connecticut and the Providence metro area.
