- Tornado and Waterspouts in Delaware, August 13, 1998A couple of waterspouts formed over the Atlantic Ocean just east of Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. One briefly came ashore as a weak tornado in Dewey Beach. The first waterspout formed in the ocean near Hickman Street in Rehoboth Beach at about 1245 p.m. EDT.
- High Wind and Waterspout in Delaware, January 18, 1999Damaging wind gusts accompanied a cold front and rain showers as they moved through New Castle County a little after 4 p.m. EST on the 18th. A waterspout formed in the Delaware River for about one minute near Fox Point State Park.
- Waterspout in Delaware, August 20, 1999For the second time during the afternoon of the 20th, a waterspout formed in Delaware Bay. This waterspout formed about 1 mile northeast of Slaughter Beach. It remained on the bay during its lifetime and caused no property damage.
- Waterspout in Delaware, August 14, 1999A waterspout was reported just north of Cape Henlopen in Delaware Bay. It stayed over water and caused no damage.
