- Tornadoes and Damaging Wind in Delaware, July 27, 1994Two sites along Route 13 had some wind damage. One was about 2 miles south of Felton where a warehouse lost its loading doors and sustained damage to some other doors. An empty trailer was blown off a rig which was driving south on Route 13.

- Damaging Wind in Delaware, June 26, 1998A severe thunderstorm blasted the Dover area with hurricane force gusts and caused about $1.5 million dollars in property damage. No serious injuries were reported. The wind gusted to 80 mph at Dover Air Force Base.
- Tornado and Hail in Delaware, May 22, 2014A very strong cold front and strong winds above the ground helped produce supercell type thunderstorms across Delaware during the second half of the afternoon on the 22nd. One confirmed tornado, large and destructive hail and pockets of wind damage occurred throughout the state.
- Damaging Wind in Delaware, November 11, 1995A very strong cold front blasted through the region the evening of the 11th. Southerly winds increased during the day and started gusting over 50 mph during the early evening. They peaked as the cold front moved through between 8 pm and 1030 pm.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, June 13, 2009An isolated severe thunderstorm affected southern Delaware during the late afternoon on the 13th. The thunderstorms formed near an inverted trof boundary that extended north from a low pressure system in North Carolina.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, August 9, 2011A warm front helped trigger several strong to severe thunderstorms across New Castle County during the early afternoon of the 9th. More than two dozen roads were closed by downed trees including the northbound lanes of Interstate 95.
- Damaging Winds in Delaware, August 9, 2009A northward moving warm front during the morning of the 9th, produced some showers and thunderstorms. As the region became entrenched in the warm sector during the day, this helped to ignite some additional thunderstorms through the evening of the 9th.

- Tornadoes and Hail in Delaware, April 1, 1993A complex low pressure system pushed a warm front through the Mid Atlantic region followed by a weak cold front. This lead to widespread severe weather. Thunderstorms produced large hail, damaging wind and three tornadoes.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, June 29 to 30, 2012A well-organized cluster of thunderstorms with a history of producing widespread damaging winds advanced into a hot, unstable airmass over the Mid Atlantic.
- Damaging Winds in Delaware, June 25, 2012An approaching cold front helped trigger strong to locally severe thunderstorms across Sussex County in two waves. The first occurred during the middle of the morning on the 25th and the second during the early afternoon later that day.
- Damaging Wind and Lightning Strike in Delaware, June 9 to 10, 2011The combination of an unseasonably hot and humid air mass and an approaching cold front helped trigger scattered strong to severe thunderstorms that moved across Delaware during the evening and overnight of the 9th.
- Damaging Wind in Delaware, February 12, 1999A severe thunderstorm destroyed three mobile homes and injured one person on Hollett's Corner near Clayton. The 67-year-old man was injured when he became trapped within his destroyed mobile home.
