- Ice Storm in Delaware, February 1 to 2, 2011Freezing rain fell across New Castle County overnight on February 1st. Ice accretions were generally around one quarter of an inch. The freezing rain started late in the evening on February 1st.
- Ice Storm and Winter Weather in Delaware, February 4 to 5, 2014A low pressure system from the Gulf of Mexico and cold air at ground level brought a wintry mix of sleet and primarily freezing rain to Kent and New Castle Counties overnight on the 4th. New Castle County bore the brunt of winter related problems in the state.
