- Tropical Storm in Arkansas, September 14, 2008Tropical Storm Ike moved across Northeast Arkansas into Southern Missouri. The storm weakened to a tropical depression as it moved northeast. Tropical storm force winds occurred over Northeast Arkansas as a result. Substantial damage occurred from downed trees and power lines.
- Tornadoes and Tropical Storm in Arkansas, September 13 to 14, 2008Tropical Storm Ike moved into Arkansas on the evening of the 13th. By mid evening of the 13th, Ike was located in western Arkansas. Ike weakened to a tropical depression during the wee hours of the 14th, when it was located about 105 miles west-northwest of Little Rock.
- Tornadoes and Tropical Storm in Arkansas, August 26 to 28, 2020Tropical Storm Laura moved ashore from the Gulf of Mexico near Cameron, LA, around 1200 AM CST on August 27, 2020 with 150 mph sustained winds! This part of the state had never experienced such a powerful (Category 4) hurricane.
- Tornado and Tropical Storm in Arkansas, September 1 to 3, 2008Hurricane Gustav was the 2nd major hurricane of the 2008 Atlantic Hurricane Season. It took shape as a tropical depression on the morning of August 25th just southeast of Haiti, and rapidly strengthened to hurricane status by the morning of August 26th.
- Tornadoes and Tropical Storm in Arkansas, September 13 to 14, 2008Hurricane Ike came onshore across extreme southeast Texas during the late night hours of September 12th and the pre-dawn hours of September 13th.
- Tropical Storm and Flash Flood in Arkansas, August 27, 2020Hurricane Laura made landfall along the Louisiana coast near Lake Charles in the early morning hours of August 27. It moved north into Central Louisiana during the morning and afternoon before turning to the northeast and tracking through Arkansas.
- Tropical Storm in Arkansas, September 24 to 25, 2005Hurricane Rita made landfall along the Gulf Coast near the Texas and Louisiana line on September 24th. The storm weakened as it moved inland, and was a Tropical Depression by the time it reached southern Arkansas.
