- Waterspout in Alaska, September 23, 1997A waterspout was reported by a small commuter aircraft just off of Point Manby moving east toward Yakutat Bay. The waterspout dissipated a few minutes later.
- Waterspout in Alaska, August 22, 2000A pilot reported a waterspout over the Northeastern Gulf of Alaska about 25 miles west of Yakutat. Isolated thunderstorms were also reported near Yakutat.
- Waterspout in Alaska, August 22, 2000The Sitka Airport observer reported a waterspout in Sitka Sound. The waterspout moved inland from the Sound and across the airport runway before dissipating.
