A weak stationary frontal boundary stretches through the SE U.S.,
while surface high pressure extends along the eastern seaboard.
Another area of high pressure east of the Bahamas ridges westward
across Florida and into the Gulf of Mexico through the the weekend
and into next week. This will keep an east-southeast flow over the
region with a west coast sea breeze set up each afternoon/evening.
Abundant moisture with PWAT values between 1.9 - 2.2 inches will
support continued scattered to numerous showers and storms each
afternoon and evening. Some of these heavier showers and storms
could cause some flooding issues in areas that have already received
excessive rainfall over the past week. WPC continues to keep parts
of the Florida peninsula in a Marginal Risk for Excessive Rainfall
through the weekend. In addition to flooding concerns, gusty winds
and frequent lightning will be possible with passing storms. Near
seasonal temperatures expected with daytime highs in the low 90s and
overnight lows in the mid 70s.

Outside of afternoon and evening storms, VFR conditions expected to
prevail at all terminals through the period. Similar to the past
couple of days, SHRA/TSRA will be possible during the afternoon, so
will hold VCTS at all terminals from 19Z through 02Z. Winds remain
10 knots or less outside of convection.

High pressure continues to ridge over Florida and into the eastern
Gulf of Mexico with light ESE winds becoming westerly close to the
coast each afternoon. Scattered showers and storms are expected each
day through the weekend and into next week. Frequent lightning,
strong wind gusts and rough seas will be possible near storms, so
mariners should remain vigilant during the afternoon and evening
hours. Otherwise, no headlines are needed through the period.

afternoon and evening. No fire weather hazards are expected through
the period as minimum relative humidity values will remain above
