IN TWIN FALLS COUNTY WITH REPORTS OF PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS
AND IN CULVERTS. SURFACE OBS AND SPOTTERS REPORT UP TO AN INCH OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN TWIN FALLS AND SURROUNDING AREAS SINCE EARLIER
THIS MORNING. THE SHOWERS WERE ASSOCIATED WITH A DEFORMATION AXIS
OF HIGH PRECIPITABLE WATER...STRETCHING FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
TO EASTERN IDAHO. THE LATEST MODELS SUPPORT THE IDEA THAT THIS
BAND WILL NOT MOVE VERY MUCH TODAY...WITH THE FOCUS FOR CONVECTION
MAINLY TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF BOISE WHERE FLASH FLOOD WATCHES
ARE IN EFFECT. ONLY UPDATE WILL BE TO ADJUST POPS AND QPF THIS
