STORMS ARE EXPECTED.

THERE IS A LOW CHANCE ONE OR TWO STORMS MAY DEVELOP OVER NORTHWESTERN
OKLAHOMA THROUGH 3 AM THURSDAY MORNING. DUE TO WEAK INSTABILITY AND
SHEAR...NO STRONG OR SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED. STRONG CAPPING
