The Office of Emergency Management for Amarillo/Potter/Randall reported water one foot deep at the intersection of Coulter Street and Hollywood Road. The Amarillo Police Department was also assisting stalled motorists due to flash flooding in nine different locations across the city of Amarillo. There was no reports of damage and there were no reports of injuries or fatalities.
