OF THESE STORMS UP IN KENTUCKY. SOME WIND DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED
THIS AFTERNOON AT SEVERAL KENTUCKY LOCATIONS, AND SIMILAR PROBLEMS
MAY OCCUR IN OUR NORTHEASTERN PLATEAU COUNTIES BY LATE AFTERNOON.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WATCH NO. 471 REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR EASTERN
MIDDLE TENNESSEE UNTIL 03Z, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ARRIVAL OF THE
KENTUCKY STORMS. IN ADDITION, ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE POPPED
UP THIS AFTERNOON IN OTHER PARTS OF THE MID STATE, AND A FEW OF
THOSE COULD BECOME STRONG-TO-SEVERE OVER THE NEXT 3 TO 5 HOURS AS WELL.
