PERSISTENCE WILL CONTINUE ON THIS FORECAST PACKAGE...AS THE UPPER LEVEL HIGH CENTER ANCHORED OVER THE KANSAS/OKLAHOMA BORDER TODAY SLOWLY MIGRATES NORTH TOWARD THE CORN BELT OF IOWA AND NEBRASKA THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
