EXPECTED AS THE STORMS MAKE THEIR WAY TOWARD THE HIGHWAY 65
CORRIDOR AROUND AND AFTER 9 PM.

LOCALIZED STRONG TO POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WIND GUSTS WILL BE
POSSIBLE MAINLY WITH THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE LINE ACROSS FAR

A DECENT CAP AROUND 800 MB IS KEEPING THE WEATHER QUIET FOR NOW. PARTLY
CLOUDY SKIES THIS AFTERNOON WILL GIVE WAY TO AN INCREASING CHANCES
FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING. AN UPPER LEVEL LOW IS
CURRENTLY OVER SOUTHERN COLORADO AND SEVERAL WAVES ARE ROTATING
UP ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON SPARKING

GIVEN THE STEEP LAPSE RATES...MODERATE INSTABILITY...AND
