A large tree about 1 foot in diameter was blown over at the First Baptist Church in Jacksboro.
A tornado was observed on the ground for 4-5 minutes. Roofs and outbuildings were damaged.
A slow moving tornadic cell produced a second tornado northwest of Perrin. Roofs and outbuildings were damaged near Perrin.
Quarter size hail was reported in Bowie.
Golfball size hail was reported 1 mile north of Bowie.

Winds of 60 mph were estimated in Graford.
A tornado was observed from near Clark Gardens Botanical Park to near Cool. Large trees were uprooted in the path of the tornado. A large shed at the gardens had most of its metal roof removed and tossed over.
Quarter size hail fell 2 miles east of Mineral Wells.
The Mineral Wells Airport (KMWL) ASOS measured a 58 mph wind gust.
Half dollar size hail was reported at Mineral Wells State Park.
The trailer of an 18-wheeler was blown over onto its side at Rig Trucking at Interstate 20 and FM 1189.
Carports and trees were ripped up as a tornado was tracked approximately 11 miles southeast of Millsap. Storage buildings were also destroyed.
Widespread damage was caused in Brock. Brock Middle School sustained roof damage to its gymanisum and two churches across the street were damaged. The community center also sustained roof damage. Widespread tree damage was observed in the community; most noteable a 6 foot diameter tree that was 58 feet tall was uprooted in front of a church. A number of outbuildings sustained roof damage on Young Bend Road. The storm also knocked out power.
Nickel size hail fell between the towns of Democrat and Priddy.
A 20 inch diameter tree was down on HWY 180 5 miles west of Weatherford.
A tree fell on a house in the Horseshoe Bend area along the Brazos River southeast of Dennis.

Hail up to the size of Golfballs did considerable damage in Granbury. Up to 200 windows were broken at the Bromley Apartments and the roof was damaged. Cars were also damaged at the apartment complex with the windows broken on a few cars. Approximately 150 automobiles were damaged at Mike Brown Ford, but no windows were broken on the complex. Another 130 vehicles were damaged at Jerry Durant Toyota. A skylight was broken at Oak Woods Intermediate School.
