McCoys Creek flooded to near record levels.

McCoys Creek remained flooded from earlier flash flooding due to Tropical Storm Fay. Water levels evened off and the flooded area was secured by Emergency Management and Sheriffs Office personnel.

Moncrief Creek experienced near record flooding.

Law enforcement reported a tornado on the ground north northeast of Hastings.

The tops of pine trees were snapped off and twisted at San Pablo Road and J Turner Butler Blvd in the Hammocks of Oak Landing Subdivision.

A tornadic waterspout was reported on the Saint Johns River northeast of Bostwick tracking north-northwest.

Tornado damage occurred at 1287 Floyd Street on Fleming Island. Widespread tree damage and damage to residence well were also reported.

A Seminole Electric employee reported a tornado near 870 North Highway 17 moving north toward Bostwick. This was possibly a waterspout moving inland off the river. At 1647 EDT the public reported a tornado on the ground near West River Road and Mink Road. The parent thunderstorm was moving north along U.S. Highway 17 toward the Bostwick area.
