COUNTIES. SEVERE WEATHER TO BREAK OUT MAINLY LATER TONIGHT. MAIN
THREAT WILL BE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS WITH ISOLATED TORNADOES ALONG
AND EAST OF THE SURFACE BOUNDARY. GOOD SHOTS OF ENERGY EXPECTED
TONIGHT AND AGAIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON. WILL EXTEND FLASH FLOOD WATCH
