General 1 to 2 inch rainfall in scattered showers from Mountain Home to Kerrville, falling over already saturated soils, produced short-lived flash flooding across Kerr County. No damage was indicated.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms from Boerne to Comfort to Kendalia produced general rain totals to 2 inches through the late morning. With area soils already saturated, flash flooding developed over the county very quickly. It was short-lived, with no damage indicated.
