WATER OF 1.38 AND A K-INDEX OF 14.  PREVIOUS FORECAST PACKAGE LOOKS
GOOD AT THIS TIME.  NO UPDATES NEEDED AT THIS TIME.

MARINE...BOY020 SHOWED A WIND FROM THE SOUTHEAST AT 14 KNOTS WITH 3
FOOT SEAS.  VERY LITTLE CHANGE IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
