EARLY MORNING WV IMAGERY INDICATES UPPER LEVEL SHORTWAVE LIFTING NE
AWAY FROM CWA. BACK EDGE OF STRATUS CURRENTLY MAKING ITS WAY ACROSS
NW CORNER OF CWA...AND EXPECT THIS AREA OF CLOUDS TO MOVE EAST OF
CWA THIS MORNING. SFC OBS FROM SZL/IRK/DMO INDICATE AREAS OF
FLURRIES/DRIZZLE CONTINUE...SO WILL INCLUDE MENTION IN SE ZONES
THROUGH MID MORNING. OTHER CONCERN IN FIRST TERM IS POTENTIAL FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF FOG. DESPITE MOISTURE AT SFC ASSOCIATED WITH SNOW/ICE
COVER...SFC GRADIENT WILL ALLOW NW WINDS TO CONTINUE INTO THE
MORNING HOURS BEFORE DIMINISHING THIS AFTERNOON...THUS NOT EXPECTING
FOG TO BECOME A PROBLEM. HOWEVER WILL MONITOR SITUATION AND UPDATE
IF NECESSARY.
SHORT TERM MODELS IN AGREEMENT WITH OVERALL PATTERN...AND CURRENT
FORECAST REFLECTS THESE TRENDS WELL SO WONT MAKE ANY BIG CHANGES.
ZONAL FLOW PROGGED TO DEVELOP ACROSS CWA TODAY...AS SFC RIDGE BUILDS
INTO REGION. WAA AT H85 PROGGED TO BEGIN THIS AFTERNOON. HOWEVER
WITH SNOW/ICE COVER ACROSS MUCH OF CWA...EXPECT TEMPS TO REMAIN

MELT TODAY...AM CONCERNED FOG MAY DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT THUS WILL
