MAIN FORECAST PROBLEM WILL BE THE EFFECT THE NEXT SYSTEM WILL HAVE
ON TEMPS TONIGHT.

EXCEPT FOR A FEW SC OVER S CENTRAL SECTIONS SKIES WERE CLEAR. THIS
ALLOWED FOR THE COLDEST TEMPS THIS SEASON. NEXT SYSTEM IS QUICKLY
MOVING TOWARD INDIANA FROM THE NW. THIS CAN BE SEEN AS CI ON
SATELLITE PICS. NGM AND ETA SHOW HIGHER CLDS MOVING INTO AREA THIS
AFTERNOON. WILL GO FOR BECOMING PARTLY CLDY. STARTING OUT WITH LOWS
OF 4-7 AND CLOUDS MOVING IN THIS AFTERNOON THE LOWER NGM TEMPS LOOK
BETTER. THE GROUND WILL ALSO BE VERY COLD WHICH WILL INHIBIT TEMP
INCREASE IN LOWEST LAYERS.

WAA WILL START TONIGHT. WILL GO FOR NEAR STEADY TEMPS. THEY MAY
GO UP A DEGREE OR SO BUT WILL STAY IN THE SAME CATAGORY. NONE OF THE
GUIDANCE SHOWS MORE THAN A TENTH OR 2 OF SNOW MAINLY IN THE CNTRAL
IN N. WILL GO FOR SLGT CHC LIGHT SNOW.

GOOD WAA ON TUE. BOTH MODELS SHOW AN ABUNDANCE OF CLDS. THESE WILL
SLOW TEMP INCREASE. WILL GO TOWARD THE LOWER FWC VALUES. THIS IS
STILL AROUND A 20 DEGREE JUMP FROM TODAY.
