REACHING ACRS CENTRAL MO TO WRN ARKANSAS. IR PIX SHOW COLDEST CLOUD
TOPS ACRS MS AND TN AND A DRY SLOT BEGINNING TO CREEP AHEAD OF THE CD
FRONT ACRS ARKANSAS AND MO. H20 IMAGERY SHOWS TROPICAL SOUTHERN BRANCH
OF THE JET STREAMING ACRS TN/KY AND IN...WELL AHEAD OF THE FRONT.

FCST CHALLENGED TDY WL BE TIMING PCPN.

MODELS IN GOOD AGREEMENT WITH THE MAJOR FEATURES OF THIS SYS. BOTH
DEVELOP UPPER LOW OVR THE GRT LKS AND WHICH LINGERS INTO A TROF ACRS
THE AREA THRU THURS NIGHT. LATEST RADAR TRENDS INDICATE A DIMINISHING
PCPN TREND ACRS IL AND MO AS THE DRYSLOT WORKS IN. EXPECT THIS PCPN
TREND TO CONTINUE...HOWEVER WITH THE EXPECTED FROPA THIS
AFTERNOON...RE-DEVELOPMENT ALONG THE FRONT LOOKS FAVORABLE WITH
STRONG PVA...STRONG SFC CONVERGENCE AND AMPLE MOISTURE. TIME SECTIONS
DISPLAY A SATURATED LOWER LVL AIR MASS THROUGH THE FCST PD WITH GOOD
VV THIS AFTERNOON WITH FROPA. WL KEEP ONGOING FCST OF TSTM POSSIBLE
WITH FROPA.

LINGERING MOISTURE LOWER LVL MOISTURE TO BE EXPECTED AS UPPER TROF
LINGERS ACRS THE AREA AND CYCLONIC LWR LVL FLOW REMAINS. THIS SHUD
GENERATE SOME LIGHT PCPN FOR TONIGHT AND THURS. PCPN TYPE TONIGHT AND
THURS MAY BE -SN AS H8 TEMPS DROP QUICKLY AFTER FROPA. BEST CHCS FOR
-SN LOOK TO BE NW AS LOWER LVLS ABOVE FREEZING ARE A BIT THICKER ACRS
THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH. DOME OF H8 -10C REACHES INDIANA BY THURS
NIGHT. WL NOT EXPECT MUCH IN A RISE IN TEMPS ON THURS WITH EXPECTED
CLOUDS AND DOME OF CD AIR OVR THE FA.

UPPER LOW BEGINS TO PULL NE BY FRI AS RIDGE BEGINS TO BUILD IN FROM
THE WEST. WL KEEP CLDS ACRS THE AREA UNTIL AT LEAST FRI MORN.

WL CAREFULLY MONITOR TEMPS THIS AM FOR HIGHS AS WE MAY EXCEED FWC
VALUES EASILY IF SLOW WARMING TREND CONTINUES. ESPECIALLY IF DRYSLOT
WORKS IN. WL STICK CLOSE ON LOWS BUT LEAN COLDER FOR THURSDAY HIGHS
AS LITTLE TO NO RISE EXPECTED WITH CLOUDS AND STRONG CAA.
