MUCH COLDER AIR ARRIVING.

TEMPERATURES WILL TUMBLE FROM THEIR SPRING-LIKE LEVELS THIS MORNING.
THEY WILL BE MORE LIKE WINTER THIS AFTERNOON. SOME LIGHT
PRECIPITATION MAY LINGER...BUT THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE OUT OF THE
FORECAST AREA.

LOW PRESSURE WAS OVER SOUTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN EARLY THIS MORNING. A
COLD FRONT WAS PASSING THROUGH EAST INDIANA. AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH
WAS FROM MINNESOTA TO OKLAHOMA. SOME LIGHT SHOWERS WERE OVER THE
AREA.

COLDER AIR WILL BE BROUGHT IN ON GUSTY WEST WINDS THIS MORNING.
SPRINKLES COULD TURN TO FLURRIES THIS MORNING. THE UPPER TROUGH IS
FORECAST TO MOVE RAPIDLY PAST THE AREA LATER THIS MORNING. SKIES
SHOULD START TO CLEAR IN THE AFTERNOON WITH THE UPPER TROUGH TO THE
EAST AND SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE APPROACHING FROM THE WEST. AFTER A
SHARP DROP THIS MORNING...TEMPERATURES SHOULD LEVEL OFF LATE IN THE
MORNING AND THIS AFTERNOON.

SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY CLEAR AS THE HIGH PRESSURE REACHES THE AREA
TONIGHT. MODELS HAVE AN UPPER SHORT WAVE TROUGH SLIDING INTO THE
UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TOMORROW. SOME CIRRUS CLOUDS AHEAD OF THE
SHORT WAVE WILL MOVE OVER THE AREA.

GUIDANCE TEMPERATURES LOOK RATHER GOOD. TODAYS HIGHS WILL OCCUR
EARLY THIS MORNING. TONIGHT WILL GET COLD UNDER CLEAR SKIES AND
LIGHT WINDS. SOME WARM ADVECTION DEVELOPING LATE TOMORROW.
