ALABAMA AND GEORGIA. APPEARS BEST THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER THIS
MORNING WILL BE ACROSS OUR NORTH AND WEST...WITH STRONGER UPPER
JET/UPPER VORT ENERGY...AND AXIS OF STRONGEST LOW LEVEL JET. TORNADO
WATCH JUST ISSUED FOR OUR NORTHERN AND WESTERN COUNTIES. THOSE LOW
